These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Spelling Bee Battle (the "Service"), operated by FameStudioCo. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Using the Service
You may use Spelling Bee Battle for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to disrupt matches, cheat, exploit bugs, access other users' accounts, scrape or overload our systems, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Accounts
Accounts are optional. If you create one, you're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Choose a display name that isn't offensive or impersonating; we may reclaim names that violate this.
Fair play
The Service includes competitive modes with a ranked ladder. Using automation, exploiting bugs, or otherwise gaining an unfair advantage may result in score resets, removal from leaderboards, or termination of access.
Virtual items
The Service may include virtual currency ("honey") and cosmetic items. These have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be modified or discontinued. They are licensed to you for use within the game, not sold.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by FameStudioCo and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without permission.
Advertising
The Service is supported by advertising, including Google AdSense. Your use of the Service is also subject to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FameStudioCo is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for conduct that violates these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
