About Spelling Bee Battle

Spelling Bee Battle is a fast, competitive spelling game where you hear a word, race the clock, and outspell a live opponent.

Spelling Bee Battle turns spelling from a chore into a head-to-head sport. Each round, both players hear the same word spoken aloud and have to type it correctly before time runs out. Words climb through difficulty tiers as the match goes on, so a casual warm-up quickly becomes a genuine test of nerve and vocabulary. It's easy to pick up in a single round, but there's real depth for players who want to master it.

Under the hood it's a real-time, server-refereed game. Create a room and share the link, jump into Quick Play matchmaking, climb the ranked ladder, or gather up to sixteen friends for Party mode and last-speller-standing tournaments. Prefer to fly solo? Endless survival and Practice modes let you sharpen up on your own time. Along the way you earn experience and in-game honey to spend on cosmetics, and you can draft power-ups before a match to add a layer of strategy on top of pure spelling.

Who makes it

Spelling Bee Battle is built by FameStudioCo, a small independent game studio. We're focused on tight, replayable games with a competitive edge — the kind of thing you fire up for one quick round and look up an hour later still playing. Because we're a tiny team, we ship updates often and tune the game directly from player feedback.

The story

The game began as a scrappy single-file prototype — hear a word, type it, beat the timer — that turned out to be shockingly fun to play against a friend. That spark of head-to-head competition convinced us to rebuild it properly as a modern online game, with synchronized real-time matches, a ranked ladder, and modes for everyone from solo learners to a full party. We've been refining it ever since, and there's plenty more on the way.
